What if
mimicking natural biomechanics
and optics becomes your easiest task?
WHAT IF
you could profit from
the following BENEFITS?
Imitation of nature.
Natural fluorescence and opalescence. With outstanding fluorescence and opalescence. With outstanding aesthetics and flexible color matching.
Shorter milling time.
Easy grinding, milling, and polishing.
Extended safety properties.
Optimal biomechanical properties and biocompatibility. Integrated antibacterial properties..
Cost-effective.
Cost saving, reduced chairside time.
Easy cementation.
Cementing with a perfect seal and easy color matching becomes easy while maintaining a minimally invasive wall thickness. Minimally invasive wall thickness. 0.5 mm for crowns.
Simple application.
No glaze firing required.
Imitation of nature.
Imitates nature in flexibility (dentin-like) and hardness (enamel-like). The homogeneous block structure combines high material thickness with excellent luster.
Flexible.
Restorations can be easily repaired and customized.
Gentle on the bur.
Prepared teeth after removal of old ceramic restorations.
Try in of the crown.
Etching with 37% phosporic acid. Rinse thoroughly with water to remove etchant.
Application of adhesive bonding agent to tooth surface.
Gently air dry.
Light-cure for 20 seconds (if required for the primer).
Milling of the block to make the final crown.
Smooth out attachment point with fine-grain diamond burs. Final polish using cotton/linen buffs.
Application of VISALYS® RESTORATIVE PRIMER onto the inner surface of crown.
Light-cure for 10 seconds (if required for the primer).
When using the VISALYS® BIOCERAMIC BLOCK Translucent, the color is adjusted using a suitable bonding composite.
The composite material is evenly applied to the crown – ready for placement.
Placing crown and removal of excess material at the marginal area.
Final light-cure for 20 seconds at each side followed by finishing marginal edges with diamond bur and polishers.
The Solution
